4. In the absence of a product in stock, the company’s manager is obliged to inform the Buyer (by phone or email or other possible means of communication)
4.1 In the absence of a product, the Buyer has the right to replace it with a similar product, refuse the product, or cancel the order.
5. Order payment procedure:
– Payment is made in the ways indicated on the website.
In case of non-receipt of funds, the online store reserves the right to cancel the order.
6. Delivery of products purchased in the online store is carried out to the branches of Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta, or other transport and courier services agreed upon by the parties, where the orders are issued.
– To receive the order, the recipient (User) must present an identity document (passport) upon receipt.
7. Return and exchange of goods are carried out based on the conditions provided on the “Exchange and Return” page of the website.
– The return and exchange of goods in the online store are carried out in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
– Return and exchange of goods are made at the expense of the recipient or the online store in case the recipient receives goods of inadequate quality.
The site administration has the right, in accordance with the Law “On Consumer Rights Protection,” to refuse the consumer in exchange and return of goods of proper quality if they belong to the categories listed in the current list of food products of proper quality that are not subject to return or exchange.
8. The User agrees to carefully read this agreement. In case of disagreement with its terms, the user agrees to immediately stop using the website.
9. The online store reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement unilaterally, provided it is published in advance on the autostar.group website.
10. Dispute resolution:
– In case of questions and claims from the Buyer, they must send an appropriate letter to the email address or contact by phone, the data of which are indicated on the corresponding page of the website “Contact Information”
– The parties will take all measures to resolve disputes and disagreements that may arise
11. The actual date of the electronic agreement between the parties is the date of acceptance of the terms, in accordance with Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce”
The user confirms that they have read all the provisions of this agreement and unconditionally accept them.
