Exchange and return

The company carries out returns and exchanges of goods of proper quality in accordance with the Law “On Consumer Rights Protection”.

Return and Exchange Period

Returns and exchanges of goods are possible within 14 days after the buyer receives the goods.

Return shipping is carried out at the buyer’s expense.

Refunds are made within 7 calendar days from the moment the goods are received at the warehouse.

Refunds can be made to the buyer’s bank or card account.

Return Conditions

To return a product, the buyer must fill out a return form and send it by email or through any convenient messenger specified on the website.
According to the Law “On Consumer Rights Protection”, the company may refuse the consumer an exchange or return of goods of proper quality if they belong to the categories listed in the current List of food products of proper quality that are not subject to return or exchange.

The company reserves the right to refuse a return if the product is damaged, has lost its properties due to the Buyer’s fault, or lacks warranty seals.
